Hi, I am Louise. I have been facilitating transformation for over 20 years having served thousands of leaders and many teams helping them realize and live their full potential. 

While partnering with gold standard global consultants in the leadership transformation space, I have shared many moments of incredible transformation, life changing interventions and amazing revelations and realizations.

Given the current challenges we are all navigating, my sense is that many are looking for new ways of being and are ready to explore new dimensions of their potential.  

Claiming Greatness is a movement I started in 2022 with the mission of transforming people’s lives and empowering human flourishing.  I am connected to a network of highly talented facilitators of transformation around the world who are committed to human flourishing.
